Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the in-store authority for fine jewelry, maintaining deep product expertise and storytelling capability to elevate each client interaction.
- Drive the in-store fine jewelry business through proactive client development, portfolio management and sales leadership.
- Coach and train colleagues on selling techniques, product launches and clienteling best practices via morning briefings, workshops and one-to-one coaching.
- Observe and support team members during the selling ceremony, partnering to introduce the category and improve conversion.
- Communicate corporate strategy and relevant commercial information to the store team, providing constructive feedback to the manager to support business objectives.
