Louis Vuitton seeks Expert Client Advisor, Exotics in McLean, VA. Lead exotic goods sales and mentor team in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the in-store authority for all exotic goods sales and clienteling techniques, serving as a partner to store management
- Conduct product training and launch sessions for new exotic offerings, communicating corporate strategy and business priorities through morning briefings and one-on-one coaching
- Lead by example in personal client portfolio management and demonstrate advanced clienteling techniques to the broader team
- Observe team selling interactions and provide guidance on product category introduction and sales approach
- Drive exotic goods business growth in-store through consistent top-seller performance and analytical, commercial acumen
- Ensure all client interactions align with the Louis Vuitton Promise and deliver outstanding brand experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of luxury retail or clienteling experience
- Demonstrated expertise in exotic goods or a specialized luxury product category
- Proven ability to consistently rank among top performers in sales within category specialization
