Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the in-store authority for exotic leather goods: maintain deep product knowledge, articulate provenance and care, and present the category with brand-consistent storytelling.
  • Drive the exotics business through proactive selling, targeted clienteling and ownership of personal sales targets and client portfolio.
  • Coach and mentor store colleagues on selling techniques and category-specific clienteling; lead morning briefings, workshops and one-to-one coaching sessions to cascade corporate strategy.
  • Support product launches and in-store activations by delivering product training, creating merchandising guidance and demonstrating selling ceremonies.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to provide business feedback, identify growth opportunities and align store tactics with regional objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience in luxury retail, with demonstrable success selling high-value leather goods or exotic-skinned products.
  • Proven track record as a top seller within a specialty category and ability to develop and retain a high-value client portfolio.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and storytelling skills, with aptitude for delivering product education and peer coaching.
  • Strong commercial and analytical acumen to interpret sales metrics and translate them into client-focused actions.
