Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the in-store subject-matter expert for exotic leather goods, ensuring exceptional product knowledge and storytelling in every client interaction
- Drive the exotics category sales performance through personal portfolio management, prospecting and conversion of high-value clients
- Coach and upskill the sales team on selling techniques, clienteling and product introductions via morning briefings, trainings and one-to-one coaching
- Support the Store Manager by providing commercial feedback, market insights and recommending actions to optimise category performance
- Lead product launches and training sessions for new arrivals in the exotics category, ensuring the team communicates brand messaging consistently
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury retail or high-value goods sales, ideally with exotic leathers or leather goods
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships
- Excellent storytelling and interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver a personalised luxury buying experience
- Demonstrated capability to coach peers and transfer product and selling expertise to colleagues
- Strong commercial and analytical aptitude to manage a client portfolio and identify business opportunities

Experience
Minimum three years of progressive experience in luxury retail or selling high-value leather goods, with demonstrable results in customer acquisition, retention and sales leadership within a specific category.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, fashion, or related field preferred but not mandatory.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 27 to USD 32 per hour.
