Louis Vuitton Milan seeks an Expert Advisor — Women's Ready-to-Wear. Full-time, on-site role delivering expert styling, clienteling and category leadership.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the in-store ambassador and expert for the Women's Ready-to-Wear category, delivering tailored styling and technical advice to clients.
- Develop deep product and market knowledge for Ready-to-Wear, maintaining awareness of competition and seasonal offers.
- Drive sales performance for the category by proactively identifying client needs, converting opportunities and supporting the Team Manager.
- Support and coach store colleagues on RTW product knowledge, selling techniques and clienteling best practices.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to ensure Ready-to-Wear is presented to brand standards and maximises commercial impact.
- Contribute as a team player in store activities to achieve overall store objectives and enhance the client experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in luxury retail with demonstrated Ready-to-Wear expertise.
- Advanced clienteling and personalised selling skills focused on high‑net‑worth clients.
- Fluency in Italian and professional proficiency in English.
- Proven ability to coach and inspire colleagues; strong interpersonal and professional demeanour.
- Commercial mindset with curiosity, empathy and agility; passion for the Louis Vuitton brand.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.

Experience
Minimum three years in luxury retail or boutique environments with substantive experience selling women's ready-to-wear and a track record of client development and coaching peers.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience in luxury retail will be considered.
