Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert, comprehensive advice on watches and jewelry to clients, addressing both aesthetic and technical inquiries while supporting team members requiring specialized knowledge
- Assess client style preferences and recommend products that align with individual taste and needs
- Serve as brand ambassador and category leader, demonstrating genuine passion for timepieces and jewelry while maintaining competitive market awareness
- Develop and maintain exceptional depth of product knowledge across the entire watches and jewelry collection
- Collaborate with visual merchandising to ensure optimal presentation and display of watches and jewelry categories
- Partner with Field Coach Trainers to enhance team selling skills and product expertise
- Actively contribute to store objectives and sales targets as a team-player participant in all operational activities
- Mentor and inspire team members, serving as a point of reference for product knowledge and client engagement
Qualifications
