Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the in‑store ambassador and subject‑matter expert for the Ready‑to‑Wear (RTW) category, delivering persuasive storytelling and product expertise.
- Drive and achieve individual and team sales targets while proactively contributing to store performance.
- Provide an elevated, personalised client experience through premium service, tailored styling advice and active client discovery.
- Cultivate and develop long‑term client relationships; proactively contact and engage clients to generate loyalty and repeat business.
- Share market intelligence, client feedback and trends with store management to identify sales opportunities and inform assortment decisions.
- Collaborate with the sales team and participate in store activities to build category confidence and support collective objectives.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant, professional disposition.
- Strong enthusiasm for fashion, particularly Louis Vuitton products and RTW, with a passion for continual learning.
- Client‑centric mindset with curiosity, empathy and the ability to positively challenge peers to raise standards.
- Adaptable, fast learner able to master brand and product knowledge quickly.
- Prior experience in luxury retail is highly desirable.
Skills
Experience
Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in luxury retail or high‑end fashion sales, with a demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships. Experience in Ready‑to‑Wear sales or category leadership is preferred.
Education
High school diploma required; tertiary education in fashion, business, retail or a related discipline preferred.
