Role & Responsibilities

• Provide specialized product expertise and comprehensive styling advice on Ready-to-Wear, addressing technical and aesthetic client needs whilst supporting team members requiring additional guidance
• Assess client style preferences and deliver personalized product recommendations that align with individual aesthetics and requirements
• Serve as primary category ambassador and knowledge resource, demonstrating genuine passion for Ready-to-Wear and maintaining competitive market awareness
• Master deep product knowledge of the Ready-to-Wear collection and skillfully manage complex client situations with sophistication and professionalism
• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser to ensure optimal category presentation and visual impact within the boutique
• Act as a proactive partner to the Team Manager and Field Coach Trainer, driving sales performance and developing selling skills and product knowledge across the store team
• Participate actively in all store activities and initiatives, contributing to overall boutique performance and team objectives
• Inspire and mentor fellow advisors through demonstrated passion for the product and professional excellence

Qualifications

• Deep and comprehensive knowledge of fashion, Ready-to-Wear products, and market trends
• Advanced clienteling skills with demonstrated ability to build meaningful client relationships
• Proven ability to engage, inspire, and mentor team members effectively
• Strong commercial mindset with track record of sales achievement
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Fluency in Italian and English (required)

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury fashion retail or comparable client-facing fashion environment, with proven expertise in apparel and ready-to-wear categories.

Education

Bachelor's degree is preferred; specialized training in fashion, styling, or luxury retail is advantageous.
