Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert styling advice and comprehensive product knowledge on Ready-to-Wear category to clients, including technical guidance on materials, cuts, and design innovation
- Assess client style preferences and recommend products that align with their aesthetic and lifestyle
- Act as the primary authority and ambassador for Ready-to-Wear within the store, serving as a point of reference for team members
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser to ensure optimal category presentation and visibility
- Support the Team Manager in developing Ready-to-Wear business performance and driving sales growth
- Train and mentor store team members on selling techniques, product knowledge, and category expertise
- Participate actively in all store initiatives that contribute to overall retail objectives and brand positioning
- Handle complex client situations and demanding requests with professionalism and solution-oriented approach
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, fashion advisory, or related client-facing roles
- Deep, demonstrable knowledge of Ready-to-Wear product category and fashion market dynamics
- Advanced clienteling and relationship-building skills with proven ability to understand and serve diverse client preferences
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with professional demeanor
- Ability to train, inspire, and engage team members in a collaborative environment
- Curiosity, empathy, agility, and commercial mindset
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Fluent in Italian and English

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury retail, fashion advisory, or clienteling within a fashion or fashion-adjacent brand environment, with demonstrated expertise in the Ready-to-Wear category or comparable product segments.
Education
