Louis Vuitton seeks an Expert Advisor in Changchun (Chaoyang District) to lead category sales and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive personal and team sales performance for a designated product category and be accountable for category targets.
- Deliver an outstanding, bespoke client experience on every interaction and model luxury service standards.
- Proactively build and maintain long-term client relationships; identify and develop new clients using CRM and prospecting activities.
- Provide expert, end-to-end product and styling advice for the focused category, including technical and aesthetic guidance.
- Act as category ambassador in-store: support merchandising, ensure exemplary product presentation and inspire colleagues.
- Collaborate with client managers and sales trainers to develop business, share market feedback and support colleagues' skill growth.
- Collect and report insights on local market, competitor activity, client preferences and product performance for merchandise teams.
- Adhere to Louis Vuitton appearance, conduct and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Associate degree (college diploma) or equivalent vocational qualification.
- Minimum 3 years (typical 3–5 years) of client-facing experience in luxury retail or premium fashion.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with empathy, curiosity and the capacity to advise discerning clients.
- Strong sense of personal style and the ability to act as a trusted styling consultant.
Experience
3–5 years of client-facing experience in luxury retail; minimum 3 years required.
Education
Associate degree (college diploma)
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Changchun, Jilin, China.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CNY 15,000 to CNY 19,999 per month.
