Louis Vuitton Paris: Executive Assistant to Chief Omnichannel & Client Officer. Hybrid CDI role supporting C-suite leadership.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage a complex international calendar involving multiple stakeholders and time zones, anticipating priorities and optimizing the executive's time allocation
- Organize and coordinate international travel with fluid and flexible execution
- Prepare and organize key governance rituals, regional visits, and strategic meetings with necessary information and context
- Onboard direct reports and coordinate regional integration visits
- Monitor departmental expenses, reimbursements, purchase orders, and budgets
- Welcome internal and external visitors to the highest standards of the Maison
- Contribute to preparation of Town Halls and major communications initiatives
- Develop strategic relationships with global executive assistants to strengthen worldwide coordination
- Identify opportunities for process simplification and contribute to continuous operational improvement
- Supervise and mentor an alternating executive assistant intern
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years' experience as an Executive Assistant to a senior executive in an international environment
- Proven expertise managing complex schedules and coordinating high-level stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and prioritization capabilities
- Demonstrated anticipatory mindset and ability to manage unexpected situations
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and service orientation
- Advanced written and oral communication skills in French and English
- Mastery of Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 collaborative tools
- Ability to thrive in demanding, fast-paced, international environments

Minimum 10 years as an Executive Assistant to a senior-level executive in an international, multi-stakeholder environment, with demonstrated expertise in managing complex calendars, coordinating high-level priorities, and delivering operational excellence.
Education
Baccalauréat level or equivalent professional qualification; additional training in executive secretarial or business administration is a plus.
