Louis Vuitton Paris: Executive Assistant to SVP of Environment, hybrid role, CDI.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage complex and evolving executive calendar with competing priorities and scheduling constraints
- Organize and coordinate meetings for the Senior Vice President of Environment, including invitation coordination with peer administrators, room reservations, and technical setup
- Coordinate executive travel arrangements including booking, logistics, and itinerary management
- Process and manage expense reports and reimbursement submissions
- Oversee vendor quotations, invoicing, and supplier relationships, particularly for internal event organization and logistics
- Support team operations including procurement of supplies, mailroom management, access administration, and equipment distribution
- Manage onboarding processes for new team members including equipment provisioning, system access setup, and software license requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years of executive assistant or similar administrative support experience
- Proficiency with billing software, Microsoft Excel, and office productivity platforms
- Fluent in French and English, both written and oral
- Demonstrated confidentiality awareness and discretion
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with high degree of autonomy

Education
