Louis Vuitton seeks Executive Assistant in Paris to support Director and team with calendar, logistics, and event management. Full-time, hybrid.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage calendar and scheduling, including invitations and meeting modifications for the Director and team
- Coordinate team member requests including travel arrangements and meal bookings
- Organize team logistics including supply procurement, mail management, equipment provision, and facility access
- Prepare new team member onboarding including equipment setup, system access creation, and software licensing requests
- Process and track purchase orders and billing with proficiency in SAP and Excel
- Plan and execute internal departmental events and communications
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar executive or administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Proficiency with billing software, SAP, and Excel
- Strong knowledge and appreciation of luxury industry standards
- Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal
