The Executive Assistant Intern supports the General Manager and Office Management at Louis Vuitton’s Benelux, Nordics & Poland head office in Brussels, gaining exposure to executive assistance and office management across an eight-country region. This full-time internship lasts 6 to 12 months, starting in October 2026 or November 2027, and requires a university-provided internship agreement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the General Manager’s agenda, schedule meetings and appointments, and screen calls and correspondence.
- Organize and coordinate the General Manager’s business travel, including bookings and logistics.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations and documents; coordinate meeting-room bookings and logistics.
- Support the organization of regional management seminars, internal training sessions and corporate events.
- Welcome and guide head-office visitors, creating a professional and warm first impression.
- Maintain relationships with landlords, internal departments and store managers across the region.
- Create purchase orders and process goods receipts in SAP for office and store needs.
- Support internal prevention and safety activities, including store visits, evacuation drills and training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication or a related field.
- Fluency in English; French and/or Dutch is an advantage, and a Nordic language or Polish is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams; SAP and/or Concur knowledge is a plus.
- High discretion, trustworthiness and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proactive and flexible, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, international environment.
- Excellent communication skills, tact, diplomacy and professional presence.
- An internship agreement provided by a university is mandatory.
