Louis Vuitton — Executive Assistant (Apprenticeship) in Paris 1er. Apprenticeship starting Sept 2026, 1–2 year contract supporting the Finance Directorate.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and coordinate appointments for multiple Finance directors; organise domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare logistical and administrative elements for meetings (room set-up, documentation, minute-taking and follow-up actions).
- Support day-to-day team life: visitor reception, onboarding administrative requests (IT access, welcome formalities) and office supplies management.
- Create purchase orders using internal tools and liaise with suppliers; support invoice processing, account setup and vendor follow-up.
- Maintain budget tracking dashboards, monitor receipts and assist with cost recharging/refacturation processes.
- Draft and format correspondence, notes and meeting minutes; manage signature routing and document validation workflows.
- Contribute to internal communications and participate in organisation of departmental events and team animations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Bac+2/3 programme (BTS Support à l'Action Managériale or equivalent licence/bachelor degree preferred).
- Strong organisation, rigor and attention to detail with an aptitude for administrative processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional discretion within a corporate finance setting.
- Proactive team player with client service mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and readiness to learn internal purchasing and administrative tools.

Experience
Beginner level; current students in a Bac+2/3 programme. No extensive prior professional experience required; internships or first administrative experience in a corporate or finance environment is an advantage.
Education
Bac+2/3 — ideally BTS Support à l'Action Managériale (BTS AM) or a relevant licence/bachelor degree
