Louis Vuitton Events Specialist in Brussels: Lead brand events strategy across Benelux and Nordics. Full-time temporary position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and implement the annual event strategy for the Benelux and Nordics region in alignment with zone and central guidance, partnering with Client Development, Communication, Merchandising, and Retail teams to drive ROI, desirability, and client loyalty
- Ensure all events reflect Louis Vuitton's image of elevation and sophistication, adopting an innovative and creative approach to event formats and development
- Lead the creation and maintenance of annual event calendars, trackers, and action plans in partnership with store managers to develop local clientele opportunities
- Engage in daily communication with retail store teams for event conception, delivery, and in-store animations, ensuring smooth execution
- Manage relationships with internal departments (Client Development, Communication, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Retail) and external suppliers (printing, catering, production) to ensure tasks meet required standards
- Track and evaluate all event expenses, manage budgeting, raise purchase orders, and ensure costs remain within allocated budgets
- Research new and upcoming venues and spaces within the region to identify opportunities for external events
- Analyze event results according to relevant KPIs including attendance, sales, and ROI, compiling comprehensive feedback reports for EMEA office and senior management
- Monitor and manage event response rates, providing insights to the Client Development Director to support achievement of attendance targets
- Lead installations and manage installation teams for key and large-scale events
- Represent the Maison during events in alignment with its DNA and values
- Collaborate with fellow Events team members across EMEA to share best practices and reinforce brand standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Communication, Luxury Branding, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated event management experience
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for presentations, data analysis, budget tracking, and reporting
- Proven experience managing annual event calendars, action plans, and trackers aligned with brand standards
- Track record of planning and executing diverse event formats (in-store, external, client-focused) with operational excellence
- Demonstrated capability in comprehensive budget management including purchase orders, expenditure tracking, and cost accountability
- Ability to analyze event KPIs (attendance, sales, ROI) and compile detailed feedback reports for continuous improvement
- Strong relationship management skills with internal teams and external suppliers
- Proficiency in event logistics management, installation coordination, and team leadership

Experience
Minimum 3 years of extensive and proven event management experience, including demonstrated ability to plan and execute diverse events (in-store, external, and client-focused), manage annual event calendars and action plans aligned with brand standards, and track event metrics against key performance indicators. Previous experience in retail visual merchandising, content creation, or project management is beneficial.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Communication, Luxury Branding, or a related discipline, providing a strong theoretical foundation and understanding of brand strategy pertinent to a luxury fashion house.
