Louis Vuitton Events Specialist in Brussels: Lead brand events across Benelux and Nordics region with 3+ years experience in event management and luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and implement the annual event strategy for the Benelux and Nordics region in alignment with zone and central guidance, partnering with Client Development, Communication, Merchandising, and Retail teams to drive ROI, desirability, and client loyalty
- Develop and lead the event calendar, trackers, and action plans while ensuring alignment with Louis Vuitton's brand standards and partnering with store managers to build localized event and animation calendars
- Engage in daily communication with retail store teams to support event conception, in-store animations, and seamless execution of brand experiences
- Manage relationships with internal teams (Client Development, Communication, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Retail) and external suppliers (printing, catering, production) to execute tasks to required standards
- Track, monitor, and analyze event results according to relevant KPIs, managing response rates and providing insights to support attendance and business targets
- Compile comprehensive feedback reports and conduct in-depth analysis of event performance, including attendance and ROI, continuously updating action plans for EMEA office and senior management
- Oversee budget tracking and cost management, raising purchase orders and ensuring all event expenses are accounted for within allocated budgets
- Research new and emerging venues and opportunities within the region for external events, identifying spaces aligned with brand positioning
- Lead installations and manage install teams for key and large-scale events, ensuring operational excellence and on-brand delivery
- Represent the maison during events, embodying its DNA and values whilst maintaining close coordination across all internal departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Communication, Luxury Branding, or equivalent qualification providing strong theoretical foundation in brand strategy
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated event management experience with a proven track record of executing diverse event formats (in-store, external, client-focused)
- Proficiency in event logistics management, including team coordination, installation oversight, and supplier relationship management
- Strong analytical capabilities with demonstrated ability to track, monitor, and analyze KPIs (attendance, sales, ROI) and produce detailed feedback reports
- Comprehensive budget management experience, including purchase order management, expenditure tracking, and budget forecasting
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams and high-profile clients

Experience
Minimum 3 years of documented event management experience in retail, luxury retail environment, visual merchandising, content creation, or related project management roles, with demonstrated success in planning and executing multi-country event initiatives and managing budgets at regional scale.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Communication, Luxury Branding, or equivalent academic qualification demonstrating understanding of brand strategy and luxury sector fundamentals.
