Louis Vuitton Paris: 6-month internship assisting RSE and Heritage Craftsmanship teams with events management and artisanal heritage projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage operational and logistical execution of internal celebrations, craft demonstration workshops, and industry forums including You & ME Tour and Deuxmains du Luxe events
- Organize and lead heritage craftsmanship discovery sessions including atelier tours, boutique visits, presentations, and observational internship programs
- Source quotations and place orders with external service providers including photographers, catering companies, and printers
- Produce event reports and maintain budget tracking and financial oversight
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Grande École de Commerce, Institute of Political Studies (IEP), or specialized Master's degree in Project Management
- Demonstrated prior experience in events management or coordination
- Fluency in both French and English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign)
