Louis Vuitton Events Manager position in Seoul, South Korea — 7-month temporary contract role coordinating luxury brand events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conceive and execute brand event initiatives that deliver elevated and memorable experiences in strict alignment with brand standards and strategic objectives
- Coordinate all operational and administrative aspects of events with production agencies, internal stakeholders, and external partners in advance of delivery
- Gather and consolidate functional requirements from relevant business segments and ensure all schedule updates are communicated accurately and promptly
- Organize and chair meetings with agencies and third-party vendors, preparing comprehensive documentation and materials in advance
- Execute external, client, and seasonal events in collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure flawless delivery
- Oversee preparation of event planning materials and documentation, including venue selection, dining arrangements, and hospitality logistics
- Conduct post-event evaluations, prepare comprehensive reports, and manage administrative follow-up
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in event management, business administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the luxury retail sector
- Fluent English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and external vendors

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in event management or related functions, preferably within the luxury retail industry. Demonstrated success in coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder events and managing vendor relationships in dynamic environments.
Education
