Role & Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to event project managers by coordinating logistics between external vendors and internal teams from conception through execution
• Manage relationships with external service providers and internal stakeholders before, during, and after events to ensure operational fluidity
• Track and monitor project milestones and deliverables throughout the event production lifecycle, familiarizing oneself with industry tools and methodologies
• Assist in coordinating fashion show logistics and supporting the planning and realization of diverse projects connected to the Maison's runway presentations

Qualifications

• Meticulous attention to detail with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks while meeting strict deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills with ease communicating and adapting messaging across diverse internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborative mindset with capacity to integrate rapidly into a team environment
• Ability to adapt swiftly to varied situations and proactively anticipate needs
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud tools is advantageous
• Interest in art, design, or fashion is desirable

Skills

Experience

Entry-level or beginner level; no prior professional experience required, though exposure to event management or fashion contexts is beneficial.

Education

Current or recent student enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor's degree program in event management, fashion, business administration, or related discipline; formal internship program candidates welcomed.
