Louis Vuitton Events Intern in London. Coordinate retail events across UK, Ireland, and South Africa, manage suppliers, and support marketing campaigns.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and execution of events in line with Louis Vuitton's marketing strategy and standards
- Manage relationships with and order materials from external suppliers (printing, catering, production) ensuring delivery to required standards
- Proactively maintain the Events Tracker and partner with retail store teams in event conception and execution
- Support in-store animations and ensure smooth running of in-store events
- Prepare and distribute e-invites and lookbooks ahead of events and manage event response rates
- Track and evaluate expenses, ensuring effective cost management and adherence to event budgets
- Analyse event results according to relevant KPIs (attendance, sales, ROI) and compile feedback reports for senior management
- Prospect for potential event ideas and partnerships while maintaining relationships with external suppliers and partners
- Support the Events Manager in daily activities, raising purchase orders, and completing new supplier onboarding processes
- Analyse competitor best practices and partner with the Events Manager to implement innovative working methods
