Louis Vuitton Events & PR Intern, Brussels. 6–12 month internship supporting client events, PR, and communications for Benelux, Nordics & Poland region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the organization of regional client events, including supplier coordination, logistics planning, and on-site execution
- Assist in preparing event presentations and materials for Head Office and retail stores
- Monitor event budgets, maintain tracking files, and manage Purchase Order creation and follow-up
- Conduct post-event reporting, including photo selection, guest attendance tracking, and ROI analysis
- Perform market research to identify new suppliers and conduct competitive benchmarking
- Track, analyze, and report on press coverage and media clippings on weekly and monthly basis
- Coordinate with PR agencies and Paris headquarters for press days, product launches, trips, and events
- Prepare and adapt PR materials by downloading central assets and localizing for regional use
- Support photoshoot planning and logistics, liaising with stylists and managing sample deliveries and returns
- Assist with influencer relations, including product gifting and loan coordination
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (communications, marketing, business, events management)
- Valid internship agreement provided by university (mandatory requirement)
- Strong command of English
- Knowledge of local languages (Dutch, French, Polish, or Nordic languages) is advantageous
- Experience in retail or luxury sector is preferred

Beginner level; no prior professional experience required, though retail or luxury sector exposure is beneficial.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as communications, marketing, business, or events management. Internship agreement from university is mandatory.
