Louis Vuitton Events & Hospitality Project Coordinator Internship, Paris. 6-month full-time role assisting with major event coordination and hospitality operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and updating impactful PowerPoint presentations for major events and product launches
- Support the identification and evaluation of event venues and external service providers
- Coordinate operational execution and manage communications between internal teams, production agencies, and external vendors including caterers, florists, and hospitality partners
- Manage guest rooming lists and handle associated logistics
- Oversee administrative tracking and billing processes for events
- Maintain and inventory event-specific materials including furnishings, welcome packages, table settings, and decorative elements
- Coordinate the dispatch and return of event essentials across multiple locations
- Establish and optimize functional workspace configurations for internal teams and external partners during off-site events
- Provide comprehensive administrative support throughout all phases of event delivery
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a school of communication, business, or equivalent university programme
- Proven ability to adapt with agility to changing circumstances and priorities
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence and interpersonal acuity
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent English language abilities, both written and spoken
