Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Hospitality project management team in the end-to-end organisation of high-profile events (press, VIPs, influencers, clients) including shows, exhibitions, product launches and sporting activations.
  • Produce and update compelling PowerPoint presentations and event documentation.
  • Research and source venues and external suppliers; manage vendor selection and proposals.
  • Coordinate operational delivery with production agencies, internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers (catering, florists, hotels, logistics).
  • Prepare and manage rooming lists and accommodation logistics for guests and talent.
  • Handle administrative follow-up and invoicing related to events and suppliers.
  • Manage event stock and inventory; coordinate shipments and returns of furniture, welcome packs, accessories and tableware.
  • Plan and set up functional workspace areas for internal teams and external crews during off-site events.
  • Provide coordination support before, during and after events to ensure seamless execution and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Communication, Business School or equivalent university programme.
  • Available full-time for a six-month internship starting September 2026 in Paris 1er.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with impeccable drafting ability.
  • High level of adaptability, responsiveness and emotional intelligence in fast-paced environments.
  • Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Experience

Entry-level; suitable for current students or recent graduates. No specific prior professional experience required, although previous exposure to events, hospitality or project support is a plus.

Education

Enrolled in or recently attending a Communication programme, Business School or equivalent university studies.
