Louis Vuitton Events & CSR Project Assistant internship in Paris 1er – manage events and savoir-faire initiatives (6 months, Jan 2027)
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage operational and logistical coordination of internal and external events, including celebrations, workshops, exhibitions, and industry forums (e.g., You & ME Tour, Deuxmains du Luxe)
- Coordinate and facilitate discovery sessions showcasing the Maison's savoir-faire through studio visits, boutique tours, and observational internships
- Source quotes and place orders with external service providers including photographers, catering companies, and printing vendors
- Track event reporting, monitor budget allocation, and ensure compliance with financial parameters
- Conduct competitive intelligence research and analysis
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school (École de Commerce), political science institute (IEP), or specialized Master's programme in Project Management
- Demonstrated prior experience in event management or related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign
- Strong organizational acumen, attention to detail, and process discipline
- Ability to work independently while demonstrating creativity and initiative
- Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English
