Join Louis Vuitton in Madrid as an Events Advisor, overseeing event management and clienteling initiatives across the Mediterranean region. Full-time, temporary position in Spain.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end event management, including concept creation, invitation dissemination, and post-event follow-up.
  • Analyze event performance, reconcile data with the Events dashboard, and generate comprehensive reports.
  • Optimize ICON platform templates and client profiles, resolving any system bugs to ensure functionality.
  • Manage clienteling campaigns, analyze performance, and prepare detailed reports and presentations.
  • Provide strategic business reviews and comprehensive store reporting, covering key performance indicators.
  • Support mobility for the Resort season and engage with the Clienteling Community to foster best practice sharing.

Qualifications

  • Graduated from a Business School/University with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within international companies.
  • Availability to work from Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Skills

Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Adaptability to fast-paced environments and agility to handle changes. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with others easily. Motivated with a strong interest in the luxury and consumer goods sector. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Fluency in English and Spanish; French is a plus.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar role within international companies is preferred.

Education

Graduated from a Business School/University with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
