Louis Vuitton Event Specialist role in China managing corporate events, budgets, and vendor relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Strategize and manage the annual events calendar to achieve company business objectives and align with Paris headquarters guidelines
- Conceptualize, produce, and execute events according to strategic business needs; evaluate outcomes and adjust future planning accordingly
- Manage company events budget and ensure purchase orders are created on time in accordance with company policy; conduct post-event financial analysis
- Coordinate with external vendors including design, production, and food & beverage suppliers; continuously source and evaluate new event agencies
- Maintain systematic competitor reporting and event pop inventory management
- Develop and mentor team members to ensure achievement of set objectives and performance targets
- Provide comprehensive project debriefs with detailed documentation of outstanding issues and lessons learned
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in event management, production, or related corporate functions
- Demonstrated excellence in organizational planning and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven ability to follow through on complex initiatives
- Self-motivated individual with ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines during peak periods
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent English proficiency in both written and oral communication
