Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and operational management of both internal and external events, including celebrations, workshops, exhibitions, and forums.
  • Coordinate and facilitate discovery sessions of craftsmanship, such as visits to workshops and stores.
  • Manage orders and requests for quotes from external service providers.
  • Participate in event reporting and budget tracking.
  • Conduct competitive analysis.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Business School, IEP, or pursuing a Master's degree in Project Management.
  • Previous experience in event management is required.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop, and InDesign. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and demonstrate creativity. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit. Bilingual proficiency in French and English.

Experience

Entry-level experience in event management is required.

Education

Currently pursuing higher education in Business, IEP, or Project Management.
