Louis Vuitton Espace Coordinator in Munich: Exhibition, events, and cultural programming role at luxury art space.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support conception, research, preparation, and implementation of exhibitions within the Espace Louis Vuitton Munich programme
  • Ensure smooth operational and administrative functioning of the Espace and coordinate collaboration and communication with internal and external partners and service providers
  • Independently manage outreach to diverse visitor groups including school classes, student groups, and private groups, and coordinate corresponding group visits
  • Conduct independent guided tours through current exhibitions and communicate artistic content to visitor groups
  • Support coordination of the mediator team, including scheduling and availability coordination
  • Participate in conception, organization, and implementation of events related to the Espace programme, such as exhibition openings, film screenings, and dinner events
  • Prepare regular reports, compile relevant metrics, and support their analysis

Qualifications

  • Completed bachelor's degree, ideally in art history, art pedagogy, cultural management, or comparable programme
  • Minimum three years of relevant professional experience in managing exhibition or cultural spaces and/or realizing contemporary art exhibitions
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications

Experience
