Louis Vuitton seeks Espace Coordinator in Munich, Germany to manage exhibitions, programs, and operations at the Louis Vuitton Espace cultural venue.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the conception, research, preparation, and implementation of exhibitions within the Louis Vuitton Espace Munich programming schedule
- Ensure smooth operational and administrative functioning of the Espace, coordinating collaboration and communication with internal and external partners and service providers
- Independently manage outreach to diverse visitor segments including school classes, student groups, and private parties, coordinating group visits
- Conduct independent guided tours through current exhibitions, communicating artistic content and curatorial intent to visitor groups
- Support coordination of the mediator team, including shift scheduling and availability coordination
- Participate in the conception, organization, and execution of events related to the Espace program, such as exhibition openings, film screenings, and dinner events
- Prepare regular reports, compile relevant performance metrics, and support analytical assessment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Art History, Art Pedagogy, Cultural Management, or equivalent discipline
- Minimum 3 years relevant professional experience in exhibition space management and/or contemporary art exhibition realization
- Demonstrated expertise in contemporary art and active engagement with current developments in the international art and cultural sector
- Excellent Microsoft Office proficiency
- Fluent German and English language skills
