Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct ergonomic workstation assessments (cotations ergonomiques) from the design phase in close collaboration with the product development team.
  • Lead ergonomic studies addressing collective issues such as gestures, postures and workflow organisation.
  • Identify and propose improvement solutions across three axes: technical (tooling, workstation layout), organisational (flow, work rhythm) and individual (operator adaptation).
  • Collaborate with the on‑site occupational health nurse to prevent musculoskeletal disorders (TMS) and implement preventative measures.
  • Support teams and managers during the deployment of new equipment (perdelles, exoskeletons, etc.) including change management and operator training.
  • Promote ergonomic awareness on the shop floor and participate in the dissemination of ergonomic culture through sensitisation and training activities.
  • Perform ad‑hoc tasks and project work according to service needs and personal motivation.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or graduating from a Bac+4/5 programme (Master level) with a specialization in ergonomics, STAPS, human sciences or equivalent.
  • Strong autonomy, organisational rigour and ability to manage field projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging with operators and management.
  • Proactive, creative and solution‑oriented, with a demonstrable capacity to take initiative and work in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Genuine interest in field work and working in fast‑paced, production‑oriented environments.

Experience

Master's degree level (Bac+4/5) in Ergonomics, STAPS, Human Sciences or equivalent (work‑study enrolment required).
