Louis Vuitton — Ergonomist apprenticeship in Ducey, Normandy. Work-study role focused on industrial ergonomics and workplace health (start Sept 2026).
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the HR service and collaborate with occupational health teams to animate and deploy workplace health and ergonomics initiatives across production lines.
- Conduct ergonomic analyses of production workstations, tasks and tools, integrating physical, cognitive and organizational dimensions.
- Develop and propose technical and organizational solutions in partnership with project teams to reduce musculoskeletal risk and improve operational ergonomics.
- Monitor and follow up on reported pain alerts in coordination with the site nurse and nurse-ergonomist.
- Maintain tracking and reporting of occupational health indicators in collaboration with the nurse-ergonomist and HSE Manager.
- Embed ergonomic principles into the industrialisation of new products and production methods.
Qualifications
- Master’s level education (Bac+4/5) in Ergonomics, Human Factors, Occupational Health, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- Ideally a first professional experience or internship in ergonomics, occupational health, or industrial environments.
- Strong analytical rigour, observational skills and methodical approach to workplace studies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Creative problem-solving orientation with the capacity to propose pragmatic technical and organisational improvements.

Experience
Entry-level — suitable for recent graduates or candidates with one prior internship/experience in ergonomics or occupational health applied to industrial or production settings.
Education
Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Ergonomics, Human Factors, Occupational Health, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Ducey, Normandy, France, with easy access to Caen.
