Louis Vuitton is hiring an Ergonomist (Apprenticeship) in Sainte‑Florence (Les Essarts en Vendée), France — internship starting Sept 2026 (1–2 year alternance).
Role & Responsibilities
- Carry out ergonomic workstation assessments (cotation) from the design phase in close collaboration with the product development team.
- Lead ergonomic studies on collective issues such as gestures, postures and work organisation to identify risk factors.
- Identify and propose improvement solutions across three axes: technical (tools, workstation layout), organisational (flows, work rhythms) and individual (operator adaptations).
- Collaborate with the site occupational health nurse to develop and implement musculoskeletal disorder (MSD/TMS) prevention measures.
- Support teams and managers in the introduction and evaluation of new ergonomic equipment (fixtures, assembly aids, exoskeletons).
- Drive on‑site awareness, training and dissemination of ergonomic best practices among operators and supervisors.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the HR and production teams.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bac+4/5 programme with a specialisation in ergonomics, STAPS (sports sciences) or human sciences, suitable for an alternance/apprenticeship.
- Available to start in September 2026 for a 1‑ or 2‑year alternance; applicants must indicate preferred start and end dates on their CV or cover letter.
- Ability to work on site at Les Essarts en Vendée (Sainte‑Florence) and perform field observations.
- Strong autonomy, organisation and rigor; proven interpersonal and communication skills.
- Motivation for fieldwork, creativity and the capacity to take initiative and propose practical solutions.

Education
