Louis Vuitton seeks an Ergonomist (Apprenticeship) in Beaulieu-sur-Layon, France — apprenticeship beginning Sept 2026 (12–24 months).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and animation of the occupational health management system within the Atelier, aligned with the Maison’s health and safety policy.
  • Provide prevention guidance to production teams integrating physical, cognitive and organizational ergonomics across production lines, workstations and industrial tools.
  • Lead and coordinate improvement actions to enhance working conditions by analysing requests and identifying needs.
  • Contribute to defining technical and organisational solutions alongside project teams.
  • Analyse work activities to propose measures addressing collective and individual health-related situations.
  • Monitor and report occupational health indicators; ensure follow-up on actions and updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or preparing a Bac+4 / Bac+5 degree in Ergonomics (Master’s level) at the start of the apprenticeship.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset and the ability to work transversally across functions.
  • Autonomous, well organised and rigorous with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Creative, dynamic and proactive — able to propose practical ergonomic solutions.
  • Committed to environmental and corporate social responsibility objectives.

Experience

Entry-level — suitable for students or recent graduates; no prior professional experience required beyond academic training in ergonomics.

Education

Enrolled in a Master’s-level programme in Ergonomics (Bac+4/5) or equivalent.
