Role & Responsibilities
- Support the animation and implementation of the occupational health management system within the Atelier, ensuring alignment with the Maison's policies.
- Promote prevention by integrating physical, cognitive and organizational ergonomics across production lines, work situations, tools and industrial equipment.
- Drive improvement actions to enhance working conditions by analysing incoming requests, identifying root causes and prioritising interventions.
- Co-design technical and organisational ergonomic solutions in partnership with project teams and production stakeholders.
- Analyse activity data and intervene on collective and individual situations related to occupational health.
- Monitor, consolidate and report key occupational health and ergonomics indicators to relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to safeguarding and optimising artisanal production processes by adapting workstations and workflows to ergonomic best practices.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/Bac+5 programme in Ergonomics, Human Factors, Occupational Health, or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong service orientation and ability to engage operational teams.
- Autonomous, able to work transversally across functions and to manage priorities independently.
- Strong analytical capacity, organisational rigour and attention to detail.
- Creative, proactive and solution-oriented mindset; ability to propose and pilot practical improvements.
- Demonstrated interest in environmental sustainability and commitment to corporate social responsibility values.

Experience
Entry-level / suitable for candidates with little or no professional experience; ideal for students completing a Master's-level ergonomics programme.
Education
Enrolled in a Master's-level degree (Bac+4/Bac+5) in Ergonomics, Human Factors, Occupational Health or equivalent.
