Role & Responsibilities

- Monitor the implementation of versatility matrices.
- Conduct ergonomic studies of various positions on production lines.
- Collaborate with project teams to define technical and organizational solutions.
- Perform job analyses.
- Track pain alerts in collaboration with the site nurse.
- Oversee pre-shift warm-up sessions, ensuring proper training of facilitators and smooth execution.
- Maintain and report on occupational health indicators in collaboration with the nurse and HSE Manager.
- Participate in additional tasks as motivated by personal interests and departmental projects.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a master's degree in ergonomics.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
