Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct workstation and job analyses, including identification of hazardous tasks, medical restrictions and ergonomic constraints tied to new product developments.
- Develop and maintain risk‑assessment cartographies for new products and upstream production processes, and recommend ergonomic mitigations in coordination with development referents.
- Map positions across the upstream (amont) sector to identify exposure patterns and priority interventions.
- Animate and implement the site’s Health & Safety policy in accordance with Louis Vuitton standards; participate in the site Health steering committee (COPIL Santé).
- Drive continuous improvement of the site’s occupational health approach through targeted projects and initiatives.
- Design and deliver ergonomics awareness and training sessions for production personnel to reduce musculoskeletal risk and disseminate best practices.
- Draft clear process documentation, procedures and work instructions that support safe, repeatable operations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (Master’s level) program in ergonomics, occupational health, industrial engineering, human factors, or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrated autonomy, responsiveness and capacity to work across multidisciplinary teams in an industrial environment.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to clearly describe processes and produce formal procedures and instructions.
- Good interpersonal skills for regular contact with production staff and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Proficiency with the Pack Office suite (Microsoft Office) is required.
