  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to occupational health and ergonomics.
  • Design and deliver ergonomic awareness and training sessions for production teams; produce clear procedures and work instructions.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bac+4/5 programme (or equivalent) in ergonomics, occupational health & safety, industrial engineering, human factors, or a related discipline.
  • Strong interest in industry and manufacturing environments; motivated for on‑site apprenticeship work.
  • Autonomous, reactive, and capable of documenting processes and drafting clear procedures and instructions.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with shopfloor employees and cross‑functional teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
