Louis Vuitton apprenticeship: Ergonomics Coordinator in Saint-Pourçain-sur-Sioule, France. 12–24 month contract starting September 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct job-specific risk assessments across production roles, including high-risk positions and medical restrictions
  • Develop and maintain risk evaluation mapping for new product designs in collaboration with development teams
  • Create and maintain job mapping documentation for the upstream production sector
  • Implement and animate health and safety protocols in accordance with Louis Vuitton standards
  • Participate in the site's Health & Safety governance committee (COPIL)
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the health and safety framework
  • Deliver ergonomics training and awareness programmes to all employees

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or pursuing a degree equivalent to Bac +4/5 (Master's level) or higher
  • Strong interest in manufacturing and industrial operations
  • Demonstrated ability to work with autonomy and react quickly to emerging situations
  • Proven capacity to clearly document processes and draft procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholder groups

Currently enrolled in or holding a qualification equivalent to Bac +4/5 (French university degree system); Master's-level education in occupational health, ergonomics, industrial safety, or related discipline preferred.
