Louis Vuitton apprenticeship: Ergonomics Coordinator in Saint-Pourçain-sur-Sioule. 12–24-month contract starting September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct job risk assessments for high-risk positions and those requiring medical restrictions, particularly for new product development
- Create and maintain risk evaluation maps for new products in consultation with development teams
- Develop and implement ergonomics mapping for upstream production sectors
- Coordinate the execution of the site's Health & Safety policy in alignment with Louis Vuitton standards
- Participate in site Health & Safety steering committee meetings
- Drive continuous improvement and expansion of health and safety initiatives
- Deliver ergonomic training and awareness programs to employees across the facility
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree equivalent to Bac +4 / Bac +5 or higher
- Strong interest in manufacturing and industrial operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to describe processes clearly and draft procedures and instructions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Entry-level or no prior professional experience required; candidates should demonstrate an attraction to the industrial sector and a proactive mindset.
Education
Currently enrolled in or holder of a degree equivalent to Bac +4 or Bac +5 (Master's level or equivalent).
