Louis Vuitton, Singapore — E‑Retail Intern supporting e‑commerce operations, UAT testing and e‑merchandising (Ngee Ann City, Jul–Dec 2026).
Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day website management and e‑merchandising activities across .com and app environments, including product ranking, selection and ongoing site optimisation.
- Conduct platform hygiene checks across the digital funnel and multiple device formats to ensure catalogue accuracy and display consistency.
- Execute predefined UAT test cases and scripts; assist in setting up and maintaining UAT environments and test data.
- Identify, document and report defects discovered during testing; liaise with Development and IS teams to verify resolutions.
- Maintain accurate issue records and updates in JIRA; assist in preparing UAT sign‑off reports and release‑readiness documentation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders including IS teams, project managers and UAT testers from other departments to support digital project rollouts.
Qualifications
- Availability for a full‑time, 6‑month internship (July–December 2026) based in Ngee Ann City, Singapore.
- Academic background or prior exposure in digital commerce, e‑commerce project management, retail operations or omnichannel projects.
- Organised, reliable and highly attentive to detail with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with an ability to work with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Excellent general computer literacy and comfort working in test and production environments.
Skills
Experience
Beginner level — no extensive prior professional experience required; coursework, internships or hands‑on exposure to e‑commerce, digital projects or retail operations is preferred.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's degree program in business, marketing, communications, information systems, or a related discipline (preferred).

The successful candidate will be located in Singapore, Central, Singapore.
