Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and animate environmental performance indicators (energy, waste, water) and produce regular reporting for the Atelier.
- Co‑facilitate Environment steering committees and contribute to multi‑site knowledge sharing within Louis Vuitton.
- Act as the Atelier’s Environment referent in a cross‑site community, sharing best practices and participating in the Bridge Waste programme.
- Support preparation for ISO 14001 certification and contribute to ISO 45001 related activities.
- Lead a zero‑waste project for a finished leather goods product line, including reduction of single‑use plastics and limiting consumables on production lines and logistics.
- Manage material reuse and recycling streams: maintain the Registre Déchet and coordinate external waste service providers.
- Design and deliver internal communications and awareness actions to engage Atelier employees on sustainability topics.
- Execute ad hoc autonomous projects according to operational needs; adapt scope based on candidate profile and interests.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's programme (business school, engineering school) or equivalent — apprenticeship track.
- Proven interest in environmental issues and desire to contribute to corporate sustainability objectives.
- Good interpersonal skills; curious, adaptable and able to work with cross‑functional teams.
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI is recommended.
- Ability to manage projects with autonomy while following corporate HSE processes and documentation.

Entry‑level: suitable for candidates with limited professional experience (students currently pursuing a Master’s-level degree). Prior internships or project experience in sustainability, HSE, waste management or industrial processes are an advantage but not required.
