Role & Responsibilities

  • Support deployment and maintenance of the Environmental Management System (EMS) and ISO 14001 practices across Louis Vuitton logistics sites and two outsourced sites.
  • Plan and execute environmental analyses, periodic action reviews, audits and operational verifications to ensure regulatory and internal compliance.
  • Monitor, analyse and report environmental indicators and progress on continuous‑improvement actions.
  • Contribute to the implementation of the environmental approach for the new European warehouse.
  • Conduct regulatory watch and maintain up‑to‑date environmental compliance information.
  • Prepare and submit periodic internal and external environmental declarations and reports.
  • Update and communicate best‑practice guides and ensure practical application on the ground.
  • Co‑facilitate meetings with internal auditors and provide operational support to audit activities.
  • Co‑deliver awareness and training sessions for staff to raise environmental competence and engagement.
  • Launch and follow projects focused on continuous improvement within the Environment function, liaising with internal teams and external providers.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an engineering or business school with a specialization in environmental management.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Power Bi recommended.
  • Training or familiarity with ISO 14001 is an advantage.
  • First professional experience or internship in environmental management or compliance is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, agility and a genuine commitment to environmental objectives.
