Role & Responsibilities

• Support deployment and continuous improvement of the environmental management system (ISO 14001) across Louis Vuitton logistics sites and two outsourced partner sites.
• Plan, execute and consolidate environmental analyses, periodic action reports, audits, operational verifications and regulatory compliance checks.
• Monitor, analyse and report environmental KPIs and follow up corrective and improvement actions.
• Contribute to implementation of the environmental strategy and procedures for the new European warehouse.
• Maintain environmental regulatory watch and prepare internal and external periodic declarations.
• Update and communicate guidance, best‑practice guides and field application materials to site teams.
• Co‑facilitate meetings with internal auditors and provide operational support to audit activities.
• Co‑deliver awareness and training sessions for employees to embed environmental good practice.
• Lead or support projects targeted at continuous improvement within the Environment service.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an engineering or business school with specialisation in environmental management or sustainability.
• Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory for the role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Power BI is recommended.
• Formal training or certification in ISO 14001 and a prior professional internship or first experience in an operational environment are advantages.
• Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, adaptability and a clear commitment to environmental objectives.

Entry-level / no significant professional experience required; prior internship or practical exposure to environmental management or ISO 14001 processes is a positive.

Education

Enrollment in an accredited engineering or business school with a specialisation in environmental management, sustainability or equivalent.
