Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct preparation and research for enamel projects.
  • Develop and refine color palettes for enamel work.
  • Apply techniques such as Champlevé, cloisonné, plique-à-jour, and grisaille de Limoges.
  • Utilize Geneva enamel under flux techniques and miniature painting.
  • Manage autonomous firing, lapping, and polishing processes.
  • Perform aesthetic and dimensional self-checks.
  • Create hand-painted or enameled pieces according to design specifications.

Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge and mastery of enamel techniques.
  • Strong understanding of watch dial miniature painting requirements.
  • Good knowledge of manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in 2D and 3D volume management.
  • Diploma in arts-related fields preferred.
  • Experience in watchmaking is advantageous.

Experience
