Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and research color palettes for enamel applications and miniature painting
- Translate creative design concepts into technical enameling methods in partnership with the design studio
- Apply advanced enameling and miniature painting techniques to watch components
- Participate in continuous improvement of the work environment and manufacturing processes
- Monitor technological evolution within the enameling field and adapt practices accordingly
- Contribute to knowledge capitalization and propose solutions that enhance artisanal methods
Qualifications
- Mastery of principal enamel techniques and technical processes
- Strong proficiency in 2D and 3D spatial visualization
- Diploma or certification in artisanal crafts or equivalent professional credential
- Recognized artistic sensibility and refined aesthetic judgment
