Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct preparation and research for enamel and miniature painting on dials.
  • Develop and innovate color palettes for products.
  • Utilize advanced enameling techniques such as Champlevé, cloisonné, plique-à-jour, Limoges grisaille, and Geneva enamel under fondant.
  • Apply miniature painting techniques with precision.
  • Manage kiln operations, including firing, grinding, and polishing.
  • Perform aesthetic and dimensional self-checks.
  • Create hand-painted or enameled pieces in accordance with the studio's design specifications.

Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge and mastery of all enameling techniques.
  • Strong understanding of the processes involved in miniature painting on dials.
  • Familiarity with 2D and 3D volume mastery.
  • Diploma in arts-related fields is advantageous.
  • Experience in watchmaking is preferred.

Experience
