Louis Vuitton seeks Employee Relations Manager in Irving, Texas to manage HR matters, compliance, and performance for the Client Services Center. USD $90,000–$110,000.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day employee relations matters for the Client Services Center, including coaching, counseling, disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations while ensuring consistency and compliance with applicable laws
  • Conduct prompt, thorough, and objective investigations into employee concerns and complaints
  • Prepare and review employee relations documentation, including corrective actions, performance improvement plans, job abandonment letters, and formal communications
  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters to ensure consistent application across the organization
  • Develop and deliver training for managers on employee relations topics and best practices
  • Provide ongoing coaching on supervision, performance management, discipline, and employment-related matters
  • Partner with Employment Counsel on employment matters and support the implementation of new employment legislation
  • Oversee the learning management system for employee relations training and ensure completion of required harassment prevention training
  • Manage the background check system and support termination documentation related to job eliminations
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen employee morale, workplace culture, and performance management practices
  • Support a well-organized, compliant HR environment through strong partnership, execution, and attention to detail

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of progressively responsible HR experience, including employee relations experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail
  • Ability to build credibility and effective working relationships across all levels
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters
  • Strong technical proficiency, including Excel, report writing, HRIS, and related systems
  • Positive, solution-oriented approach with a strong work ethic
  • Strong judgment and ability to navigate sensitive matters with professionalism and care
