Louis Vuitton EMEA Retail Learning Project Manager in Paris | Lead learning initiatives for Women's Shoes, RTW & Men's universe across Europe.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Central Retail Learning team to adapt training content to retail needs and lead rollout of initiatives related to seasonal collections and product categories
  • Design and deliver an expert programme dedicated to Women's and Men's Ready-to-Wear, developing immersive learning formats including in-person sessions held in Paris
  • Coordinate the logistical and pedagogical aspects of in-person training sessions, continuously evolving programmes based on feedback, collections, and business needs
  • Identify training needs that directly impact commercial performance and deploy targeted initiatives to strengthen product knowledge and selling techniques
  • Support EMEA Way-up stores to maximize training adoption and impact across the region
  • Work with EMEA Merchandising teams to align content with product priorities and partner with regional Retail Learning teams to ensure consistent, locally relevant deployment
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables for learning projects; coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery
  • Define and track KPIs for learning programmes, gather feedback, and analyse performance data to improve initiatives and stay informed on retail learning trends

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Fashion, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning with strong project management dimension in a retail or luxury environment
  • Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating in-person training programmes and workshops
  • Proven experience in product or collection training, ideally in fashion or luxury sector
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-market projects in diverse cultural environments
  • Strong product sensitivity and demonstrated passion for fashion, particularly Women's and Men's Ready-to-Wear
