EMEA Omnichannel Business Project Manager at Louis Vuitton, Paris. Drive digital customer experience and optimize omnichannel strategy across Europe.
Role & Responsibilities
- Continuously analyze the digital customer journey from add-to-cart to payment, identifying friction points, drop-offs, and optimization opportunities
- Identify the most relevant services per market, considering customer expectations, local constraints, and profitability drivers
- Lead the Voice of Customer strategy for EMEA, consolidating quantitative and qualitative feedback to guide experience improvements and deliver regular reporting with action plan follow-up
- Support new e-commerce market launches, including business case definition and go-live preparation
- Coordinate across Customer Service, Digital, and Retail teams to translate data analysis and market knowledge into cross-functional initiatives
- Supervise and coach an intern, developing their analytical, project management, and autonomous decision-making capabilities
- Structure complex strategic issues and translate them into clear, data-driven recommendations supported by high-standard presentation materials
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in e-commerce and omnichannel project management
- Excellent command of order flows and the digital purchasing journey
- Strong analytical skills with ability to transform data into strategic and operational recommendations
- Expert proficiency in PowerPoint with recognized ability to create structured, impactful materials
- Advanced proficiency with analytical tools including ContentSquare, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Excel
- Autonomous, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects in cross-functional and international environments

Experience
Minimum 7 years of experience in e-commerce and omnichannel project management, with excellent command of order flows and the digital purchasing journey.
